Balete, situated on the Taal Lake's eastern shore, is bounded on the north by Tanauan City, on the northwest by Talisay, on the northeast by Malvar, on the south by Mataas na Kahoy, on the southwest by Cuenca, on the west by Taal Lake, and on the east and southeast by Lipa City
