GENERAL INFORMATION (QUIRINO)

AGLIPAY
- Aglipay Caves, located 10 kms. from Cabarroguis, at Brgy. Villa Ventura, it is a series of 37 caves, eight of which have been developed for tourists. Located in the midst of rolling hills and verdant forests, it has well-preserved stalactites and stalagmites and underground springs. They run to a depth of 20 m. and are interlinked with each other. The source of the subterranean waterfalls of Cave 6 still remains a mystery. The caves and its surroundings were made the province's Forest Park and Campsite on May 3, 1999 by virtue of DENR Administrative Order No. 17.

CABARROGUIS
- Nagbukel Cave, located at a dome-shaped mountain 100 m. away from the highway and 4 kms. from the town, was developed by the Lamplighter religious sect and is a popular picnic and hiking site especially during Holy Week.
- The 300-m. deep Carayan Cave, in Brgy. Liwayway in Nagbukel, has waist-deep waters and a Rizalist cult living nearby.
- Caves are also located in Brgys. Banuar Del Pilar and Santo Domingo.

MADDELA
- Bisangal Waterfalls, in Brgy. Bisangal, is located north of the town. It rests on virgin forestland and is home to endangered species of wildlife.
- The 7-staged Maddela Waterfalls & Forest Resort, in Brgy. Dumabato Sur, is ideal for picnicking.
